Challenge

After several years of targeted investment in product development and workflow optimization, Hospira found themselves with a portfolio offering of not only market-leading medication management solutions i.e., devices, software, hardware, and services, but also award-winning IV flexible containers and IV safety disposables. When employed properly, their products and services allowed hospitals to create a connected ecosystem for driving outcomes within their institutions.

The problem was, many of Hospira’s products were still unfamiliar to their customers. And while new go-to-market sales materials had begun to move the needle, many larger hospital network systems were still resistant to change. What was needed was a place where Hospira could showcase their technology and solutions to these customers.

 

 

Solution

In partnership with Hospira, our agency helped them launch The Hospira Solution Center at their global headquarters in Lake Forest, Illinois. The Center provided customers an opportunity to see firsthand the positive impact Hospira’s products and tools could make through an immersive, solution-focused experience. Each room of The Center showcased different devices interfacing with one another through Hospira’s software platform. Customers could evaluate for themselves how this new technology allowed healthcare providers to administer medication and monitor delivery for an optimized patient experience.

In addition to advising their team on the look-and-feel of the center, we created a sales brochure to help Hospira promote The Center. Clean and structured, the piece mimicked the frosted glass and colored light featured prominently in The Center, all while showcasing various aspects of the space.
