Julie Hamilton Judges Pitch Competition at 18th Annual SEA Conference

+Intention is pleased to announce that Julie Hamilton served as a judge for the pitch competition at the 18th Annual SEA Conference. Julie served on the panel of judges along with Gary Vaughan of Guidant Business Solutions and Frank Pampenella of PM Music Center.

The annual two-day event was geared towards helping emerging visual, performing, literary, and media artists gain the resources and connections they need to be successful self-employed artists. Activities included keynote presentations, artist-led sessions, panel discussions, one-on-one mentoring sessions, roundtable discussions, and hands-on workshops.

Participants pitched either an entire business plan or business concept, providing a rationale for how they would use the funding to help them actualize their goals.

Julie drew upon her 20+ years of experience in marketing and advertising to evaluate each participant’s pitch and provide feedback and guidance throughout the competition.
